How do I delete my account?
Go to the Profile tab, tap the triple-dot menu in the top right, then select Delete Account at the bottom. If you haven't completed profile setup, simply sign out.
A profile video is frozen or not loading
In the Explorer tab, scroll past the profile and scroll back to reload it. You can also switch tabs and switch back. If the issue persists, force close and reopen Rizzl.
How do I unmatch with someone?
From the matches list in the Matches tab, swipe left on any match to reveal the unmatch option.
How do I block or report a profile in the Explorer tab?
Tap the thumbs up & down icon in the top right of any profile to reveal block and report options.

Demo profiles appear when there are no real users matching your preferences nearby. We're growing. Check back soon.
