How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile tab, tap the ··· menu in the top right, then select Delete Account at the bottom of the menu. Account deletion is irreversible.
How do I block or report someone?
If you're in the Explorer, tap the thumbs up & down icon in the top right of any profile to reveal the block and report options. For matches, swipe right on the match in your matches list.
A profile video is frozen in my feed
Scroll past the profile and scroll back to reload it.
